Pepper is the most popular seasoning in the world. Black, green and white peppercorns come from the same plant. The difference is is in the maturity of the berries and the processing.
Whole peppercorns will keep indefinitely but once ground they start to lose aroma and pungency. To enjoy true, rich flavour use freshly ground pepper available in either refill tubes or in glass jars for use with the T & G CrushGrind® mill.
