Pepper is the most popular seasoning in the world. Black, green and white peppercorns come from the same plant. The difference is in the maturity of the berries and the drying process.

Whole peppercorns will keep indefinitely but once ground they start to lose aroma and pungency. To enjoy true, rich flavour use freshly ground pepper!

Black Peppercorns

Aromatic and good in cooking as well as on the table. Best ground slightly coarse so as to get the final flavour from grinding in the mouth.
