Ras El Hanout
A highly aromatic mix without heat but with fragrant floral overtones. A classic Moroccan blend for meats, especially lamb tagines and good with vegetables, grains and pulses.
Ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, black peppercorns, mace, cardamom seeds, allspice, rose petals, lavender.

Minty and aromatic – great rubbed into lamb before roasting and good with roasted root vegetables, pasta, grains and pulses. Try also as a condiment and use like salt and pepper.
